We would appreciate it if you could confirm the following regarding delivery and inquiry response during Golden Week.

■ Regarding delivery of ordered products

Our distribution base is open as usual, so products ordered before, during or after Golden Week will be delivered as usual.

*Delivery may be delayed due to road congestion and delivery circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

■About responding to inquiries

We will be closed from April 29th (Sat) to May 7th (Sun).

Inquiries received during the above period will be responded to sequentially from May 8th (Monday).

*Business hours (weekdays 11:00~18:00)

We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible, but please understand that if we receive a large number of inquiries, you may have to wait.
